Unconditional Offer To Purchase

Mutual satisfaction of all conditions
Legally-bound contract - lawyer completes conveyancing of mortgage & ownership represented on title

Possession/Closing/Move-In Day

Transfer of all monies to complete the sale
If there's any delay, lawyers will inform you of the next steps, including any additional costs Key release to the buyer
