Timberlea
Neighbourhoods frame people's lives

We understand that purchasing a new home
is a big decision.
Selecting the right community is an important step in the home buying or building process.
This is why we work hard to offer you beautiful homes in idyllic locations.
The Timberlea neighbourhood of Fort McMurray is one of the most popular areas to live. This community is full of large beautiful homes and lovely town homes and beautifully maintained modular homes parks with lush green lawns, manicured landscaping and a great deal of amenities to fully enjoy. Neighbourhood pride is evident in the care these residents have for their community and homes in this quieter family atmosphere. Timberlea offers a mixture of excellent retail stores to satisfy all shoppers, parks, recreational facilities such as a tennis court, water spray park where the family can enjoy a fun summer ³splash² and the stunning Timberlea ponds that sweep alongside Brett and Lougheed Drive are a perfect place to tuck away for an outdoor picnic. The Syncrude Athletic Park is frequented by residents all over the community, with ball diamonds, soccer fields, ice rinks, playgrounds, a clubhouse, and new outdoor spray park.
Add to this direct access to nearby 120 km of much treasured, stunning Birchwood trails that wind through the neighbourhood for evening strolls, walking the family dog and an outdoor football field and track. It's easy to enjoy a laid back and relaxed lifestyle in Timberlea. On the northwest side on Tower Road off Thickwood Boulevard is an all seasons campground for short and long term stays.
